You need to register any bank account that you use to transfer funds to November First on our portal. This allows us to provide you with a file to upload in your current bank. Therefore we can see where the money is coming from and where it's being transferred (to obtain AML/KYC).
Here's how to do it:
When logged in as an account owner, then click on Account, then on Bank Accounts.
Here you'll find an overview of what bank accounts you have registered with November First, and you can easily add more by clicking on the Add Bank Account button.
Be sure to add a bank file format - your bank can tell you which one to choose, but most use versions of XML or ISO20022.
